Our junior Martial Arts classes are on the following days
- Mondays 5.00pm – 5.45pm
- Tuesdays 5.00pm – 5.45pm
- Wednesdays 5.00pm – 5.45pm
- Black Belt Club (BBC) Thursdays 4.30pm – 5.15pm (members only)
Our Basic Program includes
- Sport Karate Kickboxing
- Basic Self Defence
- Grading Practice
- Stretching / Fitness Work
- Basic Sparring
- Special weekly class
- Dedicated to helping achieve your Black Belt
- Learn techniques and Arts not included in the basic program such as, weapons, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Grappling
